Kristin is the manager of conference logistics for the Public Affairs Council. Kristin supervises the registration process, conducts site visits and negotiates contracts among other duties. She is also chair of the in-house Fun Committee, which brings a little entertainment and laughter to the Council's work environment.

Kristin joined the Council in 2004 after working as a membership and meetings coordinator with the Kellen Company, an association management firm. She assisted in the administration of several accounts under the Kellen Company umbrella, including the Messenger Courier Association of the Americas (MCAA), the Food Update Foundation and the Juice Products Association. She was also a liaison to the board of directors, assisting in the coordination of board meetings and related events. Before joining the Kellen Company, Kristin lived in Austin, Texas, where she was the assistant to the executive director at the Texas Municipal Police Association (TMPA), which provides local representation, legal assistance, training and membership services and benefits to Texas peace officers, reserve officers and public safety employees.

A native Texan, Kristin received a B.A. in psychology and sociology from the University of Texas at Austin. She resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, Kipp, and their daughter, Charlotte.
