We are seeking an Associate Vice President, Digital Engagement to join our team and lead efforts to integrate the latest digital, social and content strategies into our advocacy campaigns.

About the role: 
Working in close collaboration with our client relations, technology, creative and strategic communications teams, the AVP will ensure we are effectively aligning digital strategy with broader program goals and policy objectives. In addition, the AVP will be charged with ensuring client programs are informed by robust data & research and evaluated with deep analytics to demonstrate high ROI.  Serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader in the latest digital trends and emerging technologies, this individual will also play a key role in the business development process.

About you:
To succeed in this role as an AVP of Digital Engagement, you will be highly analytical, with demonstrated experience designing effective digital content strategies in an agency environment; as well as a passion for politics and public affairs.  You should also have:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years professional experience as a digital strategist
  • Experience working in an agency environment required; campaign experience preferred
  • Expertise and experience with online monitoring and measurement tools
  • A passion for emerging technologies
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mind and dexterity with data and statistical analysis
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, campaign style work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree; Masters/MBA preferred
