To support the Director, Research and Consulting
Services/Executive Director, foundation for Public Affairs in creating research
content for the Council membership and the public affairs profession.
Length of Service
Varied - flexible based on intern schedule. The intern will
serve approximately10 hrs/week.
Job Functions
May
include, but not limited to:

Background research, including gathering and organizing
of academic research, white papers, tools, case studies, and information about
key experts in the field for the Foundation's 2010 research projects

Interpreting and analyzing data for the Council's
benchmarking and consulting projects

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skill Sets
Required

Communication skills - must have excellent
written and oral skills (will have interaction with business leaders and other
professionals)

Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and

Educational Requirements

Must be a current student in good standing

Concentrations of study may include political science,
economics, international affairs, social science, pre-law, marketing, business,
communications, or a related field

Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
