The new Congress is the most racially and ethnically diverse in U.S. history. Legislative leaders today will be looking for advocacy programs that are grounded in equitable representation. Join on us for a discussion on developing advocacy strategies that are guided by a wide range of viewpoints.

10:00 a.m.           Moving Forward on the Advocacy Front

Companies must re-examine their advocacy priorities to ensure they are not perpetuating disparities. Our speakers will explore methods for advocacy planning that are centered in diversity and inclusion.

  • Strategies for determining how to integrate diverse stakeholder voices into advocacy campaigns
  • Methods for connecting with allies and constituency bases when creating campaigns and developing goals
  • Tips for communicating the importance and impact of prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion to lawmakers through demonstrated advocacy action
