Whether it’s assigning a monetary value to policy or legislative victories or estimating the probability of a favorable outcome, learn to demonstrate the value of government relations in the language and metrics of business.

  • Measurement tools and metrics
  • Strategies for calculating the return on investment of your public affairs work
  • How to assign ROI and dollar values to legislation, regulations and stakeholder engagement
  • How to describe your government relations efforts in words and numbers

Our closing session will focus on demonstrating the value and impact of your public affairs function to internal stakeholders in a meaningful way. Leading government relations professionals will share how they’ve successfully showcased the value of their teams to internal leadership and other departments to secure resources and recognition for their function.
