The first session of this workshop will focus on the “listening” component of building a global reputation. How can you better understand the landscape in which your global organization operates and identify the key issues and risks to your global brand?

Speakers will discuss the challenges facing global companies in today’s uncertain environment, how you can identify critical issues and anticipate global threats, and share ideas on how you can measure your reputation globally

Session 2: Communicating Your Brand Globally – Case Studies, Lessons Learned and Best Practice

The second session of the workshop will explore how you can engage with your key stakeholders, build alliances and develop your global brand. We will move from “listening” mode to “engaging” mode: how to translate your issues and stakeholder mapping into an outreach plan that allows your organization to successfully communicate with local, regional and global audiences?

Speakers will share examples, best practices and lessons learned from global communication campaigns, and discuss how their teams have navigated political challenges, cultural differences, coalition-building and challenges to their company’s global reputation in international capitals.
