Time and opportunities can be fleeting when you lobby.  Making a rapid and positive impact is essential to achieving your government relations goals.  Join this workshop to learn the skills, secrets, and techniques to develop powerful messages and present your arguments persuasively.  Whether you need to persuade a legislator or a member of their staff, make a 30-second pitch to decisionmakers, or present your position with a compelling narrative — first impressions count, and this workshop will help equip you with the knowledge and skills to ensure that first impression is a good one.

This program is eligible for 2 credits toward the Certificate in Government Relations and Lobbying and 2 credits toward the Certificate in Public Affairs Management.
