11:00 – 12:30 – Regulatory Advocacy: Implementing, Influencing, and Showing Value

Increasingly, understanding how to use the regulatory process to accomplish your policy goals is mission critical. In this session our experts will cover:

  • Steps to build a strong regulatory advocacy function
  • Best practices for coordinating regulatory advocacy with broader efforts, such as lobbying and grassroots
  • Ways to increase impact, such as key groups to join
  • Case studies of success regulatory advocacy success
  • Methods for monitoring, prioritizing, and communicating internally about regulation before it affects your company’s bottom line
  • Metrics for showcasing the regulatory function’s value to the rest of your organization

On the platform, they will be able to listen and participate through any computer or internet-enabled device, see a video of the speakers, and ask questions and participate in the discussion via a chat box.
