There’s a policy threat on the horizon, and in order to protect your mission and bottom line, you need to ensure your internal stakeholders are prepared and understand what’s at stake. Learn how to assess, communicate, and mitigate political risk through proven strategies and tools.

The policy arena is constantly changing, and identifying which potential threats may impact your bottom line is mission critical. Our experts will review:

  • Types of political risk
  • Forecasting models that will help you strategize
  • An overview of the landscape in 2020

3:00p.m.     Networking Break

3:15p.m.     Creating an Action and Communication Plan

Now that you’ve identified potential political risk, how do you protect your mission and goals? This session will cover:

  • How to create political risk management or reaction plans
  • How to communicate political risk to internal and external stakeholders in language they will understand
  • Examples of organizations that have done it right
