Session 1 – Creating a Global Issues Tracking Process that Works 

  • Demonstrating why an effective issues management process a critical tool for a global organization in times of uncertainty 
  • Setting up a centralized issues tracking process that helps you anticipate challenges, opportunities and risks in your industry, and globally 
  • Identifying internal stakeholders that should be involved in the tracking process, and making the most out of your organization’s resources
