November 18, 2021
9 - 11:15 a.m. ET

Identifying, tracking and managing issues effectively in key markets is critical for success in global public affairs. But sorting through large amounts of data, being proactive and staying ahead of the curve requires a carefully designed process. Join this workshop to hear from peers on best-in-class approaches, tools and case studies that will help you set up an issues tracking process that works for your team and your organization.

This program is eligible for 2 Specialization credits toward the Certificate in Government Relations and Lobbying and 2 Core credits toward the Certificate in Public Affairs Management.

9 – 10 a.m. Session 1 – Setting up an Issues Tracking Process that Works

The first session of our virtual workshop will focus on the methodology of setting up a centralized issues tracking process that helps you anticipate risks and opportunities for your organization and industry. Speakers will demonstrate why an effective issues management process is a critical tool for global public affairs teams, how to create an issues tracking process from scratch, which internal stakeholders to involve, and how to maximize existing resources.
