Some of the greatest challenges in planning successful PAC and grassroots events are often less about getting creative and have more to do with executing compliant programs. In this session, a political law expert will break down the necessary requirements to be both creative and compliant. Additional topics will include:

  • An overview of regulations surrounding PAC and advocacy meetings and events, including creative ideas for boosting existing programs
  • Q&A on various types of events and related compliance considerations
  • Discussion of raffles vs. sweepstakes with examples of how to plan and execute both
