Virtual Workshop: Incentivizing Long-Term PAC Engagement

03 Mar, 2021

April 22, 2021
10 a.m.−12:15 p.m. ET

Growth is a goal for every PAC. The only way to increase participation and receipts is to retain your current members while continuing to expand – and the secret is long-term engagement. How do you make PAC members feel a part of something purposeful and encourage continuing support of the PAC? Join us to learn insider tips and tricks as well as long-term engagement strategies.

This program is eligible for 2 PAC credits toward the Certificate in PAC & Grassroots Management .

10:00 a.m. Crafting a Targeted and Thoughtful Engagement Strategy

A one-size-fits-all approach might initially engage your audience, but won’t lead to commitment over time.  An engagement strategy tailored to the needs, concerns and interests of your eligible class is an effective way to set yourself up for long-term success. Hear from experts and learn to:

  • Categorize levels of PAC involvement and engage accordingly
  • Create plans that target new members or employees as well as reignite the interest of your leaders
  • Employ strategies for targeting subsets of your eligible community
