Whether you are devising a corporate strategy, a global campaign or an engagement plan with stakeholders in foreign capitals, having a solid foundation is key to success. This session will give you actionable insights to start the planning process, keep internal stakeholders on board, manage available resources, and use a project management approach to help you – and your team – stay on track.
