PAC programs are facing large-scale retirements and buy-out programs causing sustained PAC drop-off over time. This workshop will address how to confront attrition by attracting younger eligibles and encouraging mid-level donors to increase their contributions as they progress in their careers. Our speakers will explore big-picture strategies as well as new technologies and communications methods to engage younger stakeholders.

This program is eligible for 2 PAC credits toward the Certificate in PAC & Grassroots Management.

10 a.m. PAC Engagement Strategies to Reach Young Professionals
One of the greatest challenges facing PAC programs is large-scale retirements and buy-out programs, causing PAC donors to leave the company. This opening session will address how to confront attrition in your organization’s PAC through strategies to both attract younger eligibles and encourage mid-level donors to increase their contribution as they progress in their careers.

Our speakers will explore big-picture strategies as well as new technologies and communication methods to engage younger stakeholders.
