Considering a raffle, auction or sweepstakes as part of your PAC strategy? Incentivizing PAC participation through rewards and chances to win has proven successful for many programs. However, there are a series of compliance considerations, including state and local gaming laws, specific to these activities. An election law expert will provide a detailed overview of implementing these activities and tips for hosting programs virtually.
