COVID-19 Policies

The safety of our conference attendees, partners and team is of paramount importance to the Public Affairs Council. We will continue to closely monitor CDC and local guidelines, and our safety protocols will meet or exceed those guidelines.

Masks: The Public Affairs Council will comply with any state or local mask mandates in place for indoor events at the time of the conferences. Masks are otherwise optional based on personal preference, but given how quickly the course of the pandemic can change participants should be prepared to wear a mask indoors if asked under these precautions.

Sanitizing and Cleaning: We will be distributing hand sanitizer, and sanitizing stations will be available throughout the event. Hand washing is important in helping reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Handshakes, hugs and fist bumps discouraged: We request that attendees, speakers, staff and sponsors respect a “no-touch” policy at the event.

Cancellation Policy
Any registrants exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or who have been exposed to COVID-19 within 10 days of the conference must cancel their registration or transfer it to another person.
