Americas Region Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PMO Responsibilities:


  • Drive Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to enhance marketplace growth (growing internal and external relationships) leveraging the 4Cs (Client, Culture, Career, Community) to measure and communicate impact. Articulate to key stakeholders how the ERGs add business value.


  • Serve as the program manager and lead point of contact for all 11 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in the Americas. Support ERG governance by leading Working Council calls with national leads and aligning the ERGs to partner best with the People Experience People Engagement Councils in support of Geo execution and employee engagement.


  • Partner with Americas Corporate Social Responsibility Team, cross-Strategic Business Unit (SBU) leadership teams, executive business leaders, HR, Recruiting, Legal, Marketing, Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders, ERG executive sponsors, and Group Employee Network / CSR teams to implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement in our day-to-day operations. Execute the plan by leveraging strategic savvy and engaging the right people in a collaborative way.


  • Collaborate closely with national, Geo, regional and local business leaders to deliver programs that support the ever-changing needs of Capgemini employees. Building connections across functions, strategic business units, executive leadership teams, and cultures to execute sustainable solutions to support the delivery of CSR Americas programs.


  • Operate as a brand ambassador for the Region and CSR leading the conversation on various CSR topics as an overview internally and externally (e.g., campus information session)


  • Oversee CSR Americas event logistics (e.g., ERG Summit, CSR team meetings, Women’s Retention Program) and run virtual and in person events.


  • Operationalize and streamline processes, policies, practices, and content which enable us to deliver CSR programs and cascade opportunities across cross-functional business units for deeper ONE Capgemini integration. Act as a catalyst for change supporting how we deliver CSR and ESG across the Americas Region to add business value for internal and external stakeholders.


  • Support reporting on insights and analysis of current state against goals as part of broader HR and Business reporting & analytics.


  • Contribute to recruiting, learning and development, market development, market/competitor analysis, support for client proposals, support for external benchmarks, award submissions, client requested submissions, audits, and other approved internal/external NA D&I specific requests (e.g., Group CSR updates, press). Utilize multiple tools and channels (e.g., webinars, MS Teams, social media) to engage employees, executives, clients, potential hires, CSR peers, external networks, etc.


  • Communicate results. Enable the CSR team to streamline cascading CSR messages through data, stories, and relevant content presentations.




  • A self-starter, confident, self-motivated, innovative, proactive, attention to detail, desire to deliver, can work with discretion, flexibility, team player, excellent communication skills with peers and executives, demonstrates inclusive behaviors and actions that inspires others, likes a challenge, and adapts to change.


  • To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be able to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment.


  • They will exhibit emotional intelligence and flex their own communication/working style/delivery based on target audience. Build relationships with key decision makers, negotiate effectively at all levels in the organization, and facilitate value-add collaborations.


  • The candidate will need to be collaborative and communicate effectively to colleagues at all levels of the organization across multiple Global Business Lines and Strategic Business Units, including C-suite. Can partner well in working with global and regional cross-functional and cross-SBU teams (e.g., CSR, Group Employee Networks, Recruiting, HR, Delivery, Learning, Talent & Culture, People Experience, Sales, Legal, Reporting, etc.).


  • Champion for all three pillars of Corporate Social Responsibility and can represent the CSR team internally and externally; link the value of CSR to key business differentiators.


  • Previous experience with Project Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Change Management / Transformation, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Resource Groups/Networks, Unconscious Bias, Intercultural Competence, or cross-SBU collaboration is a plus.


  • It is important to have the ability to prioritize tasks and programs and be able to empathize and create safe brave spaces for colleagues to discuss sensitive topics.


KPIs (targets TBD):


  • Employee Resource Group impact as measured by the 4C model
  • Engage 35% of US employees in People Engagement Council and ERG initiatives (tracked in MyCSR)
  • ERG Employee Retention: higher retention among ERG members compared to Capgemini Americas Region average retention
  • Inspire culture of transparency by sharing data at all levels of org (ERGs)
  • Empower talent brand ambassadors to improve brand awareness
