As an Associate, you will work with a wide range of clients, including corporate, association, nonprofit and issue advocacy, and support the work of the firm to create deliverables that are creative, strong, and will help meet clients’ goals.

A Digital Paid Media Associate’s job responsibilities include:

    • Develop and execute digital strategies for consumer, corporate, political, and philanthropic clients.
    • Draft client-ready paid media plans and ongoing reports with minimal guidance or oversight.
    • Develop client memos, outlines and presentations with guidance from senior leadership.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital programming is part of a holistic strategy.
    • Manage internal creative development process, ensuring timely client delivery.
    • Compile and prepare reports for digital paid media clients and recommend insights to clients and business development teams.
    • Making recommendations on client digital media goals, KPIs/benchmarks, and platform use.
    • Coordinating with vendors and platform partners to execute digital campaigns.

A successful candidate will have:

    • At least two years as a media coordinator, assistant media planner, or assistant sales planner.
    • Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, DV360 (or other DSPs).
    • Some experience with writing copy and working in Excel.
    • Organized and detail oriented.
    • Passion for emerging platforms and trends and staying up to date on paid media best practices.
