Associate Director, Congressional Affair
Alexandria healthcare association (close to King Street Metro) is seeking experienced candidate for Associate Director, Congressional Affairs. This position will be reporting to the Senior Director, Federal Government Affairs. Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the association agenda in Congress. Ideal candidate will have Congressional staff and/or lobbying experience, as well as health care and/or pharmacy experience preferred. Candidate would be expected to register as a federal lobbyist and attend in town and out of town events on behalf of the organization’s PAC. Exposure to non-profit association a plus.
