The Policy Account Management team is responsible for the successful renewal and growth of CFRA’s existing clients.  In addition to renewing the business in place, Account Managers should develop strong relationships with key contacts at each account, understand the goals and initiatives of each account, think strategically about ways in which CFRA can help each client achieve their goals by utilizing our products & services, and identify areas for potential account growth. Account Managers should work cooperatively with all departments at CFRA to ensure client expectations are exceeded and account goals are met.



We are looking for an Account Manager (individual contributor) to join our US Policy Account Management team.  The successful candidate will support the team servicing existing accounts through:

• Account Strategy Development & Execution

• Relationship Development

• Revenue Retention & Growth

• Cross-Selling Initiatives



This role would suit a qualified individual with 1-3 years account management or sales experience in the financial services industry in a client-facing position. Candidates with a policy background or strong interest will also be considered



• Collaborative work ethic

• Polished verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated commitment to customer service

• Facility with data analysis

• Proficiency with Excel required

• Familiarity with financial markets and investment research

• Experience with Salesforce highly valued



• Bachelor’s degree – financial major preferred
