The Finance, Legal & Global Public Affairs Learning & Development Project Manager role is an excellent opportunity to build your exposure to all aspects of learning and development. The position will see you play a critical role in driving global learning programs and initiatives, in support of the learning strategy and client priorities. Focused on program administration, project management and communication, you will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement in the role.

The Project Manager supports the Learning Advisors and Advisory Manager and will lead initiatives that contribute to the success of the overall team, whilst having a global reach and impact.


  • Program management and administration activities, including scheduling; coordinating pre and post-program activities; managing LMS input and reporting; liaising with facilitators; participant communications and; sending and collating evaluations
  • Drive branding, marketing and engagement efforts to enhance learner engagement and promote learning opportunities. Includes maintaining and enhancing learning website; producing learning newsletter highlights, quarterly learning updates and participant communications
  • Collaborate frequently with multiple client stakeholders, subject matter experts, learning advisors and other learning and HR partners to manage learning curriculum and projects
  • Project management responsibilities including creating and maintaining project plans, book of work and budgeting
  • Manage the global calendar for all programs deployed by the Finance, Legal & GPA L&D team
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, POs and invoice payment
  • Monitor learning expenses and manage the budget tracker
  • Design and deliver reporting dashboards and analytics on all learning activity, including course completions, assessments and surveys to drive continuous improvement


  • Highly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Ability and desire to work in a highly collaborative role, driving multiple concurrent projects, with many stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with people at all levels of seniority
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel to drive value-add reporting and to extract key messages
  • Possess a continuous learning mindset; focused on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Budget management experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in HR, L&D and/or project management roles
  • Experience leading or managing projects is preferred
  • Experience in learning program administration is preferred
  • Experience in large, global, matrixed environment is preferred
