CIB-Media Relations Associate
This individual will provide support for the Media Relations function within CIB Marketing & Communications. This individual will provide media relations and operational support for the team globally with a focus on the Americas.
Manage J.P. Morgan Research media relations efforts for the Americas (US + Latin America) which includes:
o Develop and maintain relationships with key members of the press; create and maintain media lists
o Proactively pitch for press coverage around thematic Research reports and Investor conferences
o Handle audit and other compliance inquiries for pre-approvals, disclosures, logging of public appearance
o Manage logistics for media interviews
o Review and approve all external public speaking engagements (conferences, panel discussions, etc)
o Support senior executives in the planning and execution of events/calls
o Collaborate across the CIB Marketing & Communications organization on executive communications, social media and content development
· Assist in creating clip reports for the broader CIB media relations team
· Update press releases with financial stats quarterly and as-needed for Markets and Research
· Respond to incoming calls from clients, vendors, students, etc. looking for general information
