We are looking for a talented Communications & Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is smart, enthusiastic, creative and willing to take risks. She/he will have the skills needed to create compelling written, visual and audio content, augment earned and digital media capabilities, as well as manage and actively steward several Curley Company client relationships and Curley’s marketing efforts.



  • Manage day-to-day relationship with Curley clients, as well as Curley’s overall marketing strategy
  • Create compelling content; manage internal and external creative and video production teams to execute multimedia projects
  • Develop and manage timelines and weekly action plans to ensure all client deadlines are met
  • Create and implement successful digital media campaigns for Curley and our clients
  • Augment earned media capabilities across clients
  • Effectively assign, coordinate and monitor the work of various team members assigned to your projects
  • Stay up to date on industry and client trends and recommend how Curley can apply those trends to augment our client work
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Promote a positive team culture

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years public relations or related experience
  • PR agency background is preferred
  • Ability to think and act strategically
  • Demonstrated experience in multimedia production (video, design, web)
  • Experience and interest in communications, politics, government and/or media
  • Success in development and implementation of communication programs with measurable results
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
