Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Analyzes news articles and legislative matters pertaining to Team Ships portfolio.
  • Directly supports RFIs, GAO taskers, media inquiries, and press releases.
  • Coordinates strategic operations snapshot and provides strategic communications support to the Director.
  • Assists with teambuilding and leadership development initiatives to enhance Team Ships culture.


  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, management, or business related field.
  • 5+ years experience in strategic communications or public affairs.
  • 10+ years experience in strategic communications or public affairs preferred.
  • 5+ years experience of direct Public Affairs preferred.
