The Digital Workplace Experience team is part of Marketing’s Digital organization. In close partnership with IT, Employee Communications, HR, Product, and others, we drive the strategy, planning, execution, and management of employee search, intranet, and collaboration tools.

What you bring to the role:

  • The successful candidate will have a background that blends excellent project management skills with superior communications and change management skills, as well as a keen interest and ability to work with a variety of people from executives to knowledge workers and everyone in between. They will leverage these skills on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee several components of highly visible projects led by Digital Workplace Experience from start to finish working closely with program managers on the team.
  • Act as the communication and change management lead for the Digital Workplace Experience team. Support varied and widespread team communications, data reporting, and content development needs (e.g., digital presence, deckbuilding). Support change management activities with the goal of driving adoption to the key digital workplace experience platforms that the team owns.
  • Work on weekly/monthly/quarterly communications including executive updates, newsletters, slack posts, blogs, comms plans for various audiences.
  • Create project plans to manage the end-to-end project activities.
  • Develop project reports, presentations, weekly status metrics and communications.
  • Monitor progress, resolve problems, troubleshoot, and ensure action items and deliverables are met.
  • Support strategic planning and meetings management (e.g., scheduling, preparations, follow-ups).
  • Provide strong stakeholder management skills (engagement, leadership, collaboration, communications, etc.) within and across assigned projects. This is a highly visible role and someone with great people skills is a strong requirement.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship and networking skills across cross-functional teams to effectively manage and deliver projects. Maintain ongoing communications with cross-functional project partners informing them of all pertinent problems, irregularities, new developments, changes, portfolio status reporting, and other important information.
