Ten Bridge Communications is seeking a highly collaborative, energetic and confident professional, with 3+ years of agency experience, to join our team and work with professionals who are recognized leaders in the biotech communications space.

Key responsibilities for the position include:

  • Help support Ten Bridge efforts across multiple client accounts, working with senior account leaders to implement the full range of client responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth, timely and accurate project management across accounts and multiple, simultaneous projects, proactively keeping account leads and teams updated on progress and potential challenges
  • Develop content for a wide range of client projects, including social media and website content, press releases, and media materials
  • Coordinate and execute partner-based projects (e.g., patient videos)
  • Conduct media outreach
  • Proof variety of materials
  • Manage client and internal Ten Bridge Communications review process
  • Work collaboratively with our creative project manager to align on project variables and timelines
  • Help lead and participate in daily and weekly client interactions and meetings
  • Develop a deep understanding of the multiple aspects of our work
  • Offer support and guidance to Communication Associates
  • The proven ability to understand technical subject matter, and convey its essence through written and verbal communications
  • Social media strategy and implementation
  • Administrative support for all aspects of firm business, including time tracking, billing and infrastructure/capacity building


  • BS in Communications or related discipline
  • 3+ years of agency experience
