Communications Specialist (Government)

AT&T has an opening for a Communications Specialist – The Communications Specialist reports to and supports the Communications and Collaboration Director to execute the Broadside Program Communications strategy and plan. The CS will directly manage the placement of content and the mechanical aspects of all delivery platforms. These will include emails, in-person events and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence and ServiceNow. This position will also support the capturing of issues, concerns and actions coming from various channels from program associates, customers and other IT providers within the Transformers ecosystem. This will include producing notes and minutes from meetings or other events and electronic inquiries as well as the programs Weekly Activities Report (WAR).
Required Skills, Experience, and Education: The Communications Specialist will have minimum of Five (5) years of experience with an associate or bachelor’s degree. Work experience must be in knowledge management or learning development. In addition, must have excellent facilitation, program/activity management, and written and oral communication skills. Media experience with SharePoint and/or Confluence platforms is necessary. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
