Responsible for the overall quality, diversity and accessibility of educational and promotional content for the field, clients and prospects. Serving as a resource within Allied to bring to market compelling content and thought leadership initiatives that are set to bolster Allied’s reputation as a thought leader in the marketplace

Job Duties & Responsibilities
20% Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated thought leadership strategy that ensures the visibility of Allied Solutions in the marketplace and as a strong partner for existing clients
• Liaises with internal and external parties to develop strategic initiatives that will showcase Allied’s expertise in our target markets

50% Content Development: Create and share valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly-defined customer profile
• Coordinate, source, package and channel information from subject matter experts within Allied to produce a portfolio of information on all subject matters, product areas and solution suites
• Develop in-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor activities

30% Delivery: Define, develop and deliver channels for sharing knowledge
• Produce content for a number of media types, including; webinars, podcasts, blogs, social media, industry publications, client communications, third parties
• Discover new channels of engagement and define how to retain customer interaction/participation and methods of personalization
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to execute deliverables in a timely and accurate method using the correct media types
• Track, analyze and report data to enhance strategic goals and align content marketing principles

• 4 year bachelor’s degree required
• 2 years of demonstrated experience in a professional writing and editing capacity
• 3-6 years related experience in marketing communications required
• Excellent critical thinking skills, communication skills, and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate projects amidst competing priorities
• Experienced with developing and implementing multi-level, integrated communications approaches
• Good grasp of technology and how to effectively harness it to generate organic interest
• Able to liaise with senior stakeholders and professionals across a number of locations and help frame and package their content for though leadership initiatives
• Able to collaborate to implement the most effective overall marketing strategy preferred
• Ability to work across multiple online marketing platforms
• Able to write briefs and act as a point of contact for thought leadership initiatives
• Able to manage third parties
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently is preferred
• Computer and technical skills (e.g. Lotus Notes, MS Office Suite, CMS and CRM tools, and Adobe Suite) preferred
