Job Summary
The Corporate Responsiblity Specialist is responsible for performing day-to-day privacy and compliance
activities to support all business areas, including hospitals, physician practices, home health and hospice
agencies, and additional facilities as determined. The position conducts investigations on privacy and
compliance related matters submitted through the enterprise’s Integrity Helpline or other reporting
avenues. The role will perform privacy breach risk assessments and assist with response. The Corporate
Responsibility Specialist will be responsible for monitoring corporate responsibility training. The role
assists with monitoring and auditing initiatives as needed and may perform facility walk-throughs from
time to time. The position will assist with daily department operations and complete special tasks or
projects as necessary.

The position contributes to the fulfillment of the organization’s mission and vision by ensuring
compliance with relevant federal and state healthcare laws and regulations as well as supports the
implementation of the Centura Health Corporate Responsibility Program.

Education Requirements

Bachelor Degree

Additional years professional experience may be substituted for educational requirement, or additional education may substitute for professional experience requirement.

Minimum Experience Requirements
One year of relevant professional experience.
Detail oriented with capability to prioritize and organize high volumes of tasks.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Ability to interpret government regulations and navigate resources.
Excellent computer and web-based application skills.
Effectively communicate in both written and verbal form.

$27.05 – $43.26 / hour
