The role of the Corporate Social Responsibility Senior Manager is to oversee the creation and implementation of TIBCO’s social responsibility objectives. Assisting the company in developing, managing and altering social responsibility policies.

  • Manage and execute TIBCO’s social responsibility impact under TIBCO4Good. This individual is responsible for strong collaboration with key business functions to identify and drive awareness and progress towards using TIBCO’s software to improve the lives of others.

  • Drive internal and external reporting T4G program impacts and implement awareness programs with key stakeholders.

  • This role will report to the Director of Innovation and Customer Experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a key driver of the T4G strategy, developing action plans to achieve short- and long-term goals.

  • Design, plan and implement initiatives using established project management principles and engaging a variety of cross-functional partners across all departments, including Legal, HR, Products & Technology, Internal and External Communications, Analyst Relations, and Marketing.

  • Contribute to the development of internal and external T4G communications, including public reports, employee newsletters/updates and forums, on-product messaging, and website, social media content and blogs.

  • Represent TIBCO Software in external corporate responsibility and sustainability organizations, initiatives, collaborations and events.

  • Use benchmarking and research skills to proactively identify issues, risks and trends that T4G should be aware of.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, action plans and resources to project completion.

  • This role will also be responsible for our TIBCO SWAG Program and giveaways ensuring that these items are sustainably sourced.

  • Communication with outstanding presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to interact with C-Suite and Board of Directors

  • Team orientated, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible

  • Strong time management and organization skills with ability to prioritize effectively

  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate ideas, concepts and proposals to engage and excite team members and senior leaders

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with strong attention to detail and accountability to high standards of excellence

  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related degree

  • This position is remote and can be located in any U.S. location
