How You Will Make An Impact
As a Creative Strategist supporting the Growth Marketing team, you will utilize performance data as well as your deep knowledge of creative production, industry & direct marketing advertising to create compelling briefs for the creative teams to execute. In this role, you will work closely with growth channel managers to understand creative needs and partner with the creative team to oversee the briefing, execution, and performance of all assets.

 

In This Role You’ll Get To:

  • Create growth marketing briefs that guide creative ideation and execution, leveraging past learnings and performance date, cultural/industry research and best practices, and brand guidelines
  • Lead high level creative strategy for growth marketing and work with individual channel owners to plan out all marketing requests and creative briefs
  • Work closely with creative teams to translate growth channel managers’ needs into ideas, leading brainstorm sessions to develop new ideas to test
  • Continually iterate on top-performing campaigns to generate a constant flow of new assets and test variations
  • Ensure seamless execution and production management for all growth marketing creative assets
  • Produce landing pages optimized for the performance of specific growth marketing campaigns
  • Track growth marketing competitor-set and best-in-class, keeping creative and growth teams aware of performance marketing landscape across every channel
  • Work with channel managers to understand performance of all assets, incorporate ongoing learnings into creative briefing and create a best practices playbook
  • Partner with relevant teams to conduct research studies on our existing and potential new customers to inform creative strategy

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of e-comm growth strategy and consumer marketing
  • Understanding of direct marketing principles and paid advertising
  • Experience defining and managing team workflows (Asana preferred)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
