And when that plan needs to protect our defense infrastructure, we need strategic policy development. That’s why we need you, a Governance, Metrics, Policy, and Communications specialist with the expertise required to analyze the policies that determine our cyber resilience.
As a cyber strategic planning and policy development consultant on our team, you’ll lead the assessment of your client’s current cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risks. You’ll evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you’ll advance the development of a strategic cyber roadmap. You’ll work in a consultative role to ensure the client operates securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment. Join us as we protect our nation’s critical infrastructure through strategic cyber policy development.

Lead a small team and demonstrate knowledge of planning, directing, and managing Cybersecurity governance programs and processes in large complex organizations at either an enterprise or IT service functional level. Coordinate, collect, and analyze Cybersecurity relevant data to brief senior government leads on the risk posture of an enterprise. Apply expertise in planning, directing, and managing Cybersecurity policies related to DoD 8500 series, NIST SP 800 series, DoD regulations and instructions, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Manage the research, development, and distribution of strategic communications and relevant inter-agency initiatives, including newsletters, PowerPoint presentation development, and other electronic communications.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with supporting DoD customers in a governance or communications role
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Top Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree in a Technology, IT, or Cybersecurity field
  • DoD 8140 or 8570 IAM level II Certification

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills for a fast-paced client environment, including presentations
