Enterprise Holdings has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Strategy and Marketing Director!

 

The Digital Strategy and Marketing Director is responsible for planning, developing, managing, and optimizing our global approach to digital marketing strategy. The director ensures our global portfolio of digital properties (mobile app and websites) is attracting and converting customers by way of leveraging our advertising and marketing tech stacks. The director manages a team of leaders focused on performance marketing, direct marketing, and overall digital performance management. The director also focuses on maximizing direct to digital transactions and revenue for all lines of business.

 

This position will be located at the Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO with a hybrid schedule available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s lower funnel marketing tactics on a global level. This includes paid and organic search, email and SMS marketing, digital display, and re-targeting• Partner closely with marketing activation, brand strategy, integrated experience, and the digital capabilities team to ensure our digital marketing strategy meets the needs of the business and our customers
• Oversee agency relationships focused on digital strategy and marketing
• Regularly analyze performance across channels and make recommendations to changes in strategy and approach as necessary
• Lead the development and management of the digital marketing budget
• Establish digital KPI’s, reports and dashboards, digital marketing best practices, governance and processes.
• Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses
• Lead the implementation of digital marketing capabilities including search, conversion rate optimisation and data and analytics to support future business growth.
• Work closely with the Digital Capabilities team to ensure that the marketing technology strategy aligns with the organisation’s broader digital strategy and efforts
• Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead our overall approach to use of digital marketing agencies.
• Communicate overall digital effectiveness to senior leadership on a regular basis
• Develop, communicate, and improve upon direct to brand digital strategies at a global level

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Marketing, Business, Technology or another applicable field
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • 12 or more years Strategic marketing experience in B2C and B2B channels
  • 12 or more years Digital acquisition strategies – SEM, email, organic search, display
  • Digital agency management – from RFP to selection to management to balancing annual budgets
  • 10 or more years Managing a team
