Role and Responsibilities


Traditionally our focus has been building strong in-country consulting teams in key global emerging markets. However, as the business has grown, there has been an increasing need for a small, high level central consulting team to support the business in two ways:

  • Managing multi-country relationships i.e. ensuring the right account structure & strategy, coordinating the work of country teams, and providing central client counsel
  • Providing additional support to country teams on large/complex corporate and public policy projects


We are seeking an experience corporate and public policy consultant to play exactly this role, based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role will include:

  • Contributing to and/or assuming responsibility for a number of existing multi-country client relationships
  • Helping to win, structure and lead new client relationships




  • Complete fluency in English is a must. Other languages are a strong advantage
  • A self starter, able to take ownership of clients and deliver against agreed KPIs on retention & growth
  • Flexibility to travel extensively, sometimes at short notice to a wide range of international countries
  • Ability to provide C-suite strategic counsel, while also doing the basics of good account management
  • Proven ability to work remotely with clients and team members around the world
  • Ability to get the best from diverse teams based all around the world
  • Proven expertise and experience in both corporate reputation and public policy, including:
  1. Issue/crisis management
  2. Stakeholder mapping & engagement planning
  3. Reputation building campaigns incl. digital
  4. Legislative/regulatory advocacy
