Job Description

We Are HiringAMITA Health is hiring a Director, Corporate Responsibility to support our Service Line leaders across the System.

 

This position will be primarily remote, but will need to travel to our locations for various meetings/routine rounding.

 

What You Will Do

Plan, direct, and enforce the corporate responsibility program.

  • Investigate reports of alleged violations of the organization’s compliance policies.
  • Consult with management on high risk areas and determine action plan.
  • Coordinate the development of education and training programs relating to compliance issues.
  • Plan, organize, and direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

  • 1 to 3 years in healthcare compliance strongly preferred.
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) strongly preferred.
