This director of impact measurement & assessment role exemplifies how we bring our environmental and social impact commitments to life, working cross functionally to design and deliver an enterprise impact measurement strategy, including tools, systems, governance, process, policies, and data improvement plans. Measuring and assessing our impact and progress is critical to meeting our long-term aspirations for people and the planet, in line with stakeholder expectations for high-quality reporting.
Key responsibilities include setting and enabling team goals while developing organization capabilities, working cross-functionally with other teams to problem solve and evolve Starbucks environmental and social impact measurement capabilities. We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, self-starting director passionate about helping a large, global matrixed organization achieve our impact goals. We are also seeking an individual who can bring environmental justice and equity perspectives to this work at Starbucks. This role reports directly to the Chief Sustainability Officer.
