The Director of Brand at Four Sigmatic is responsible for leading the company’s omni-channel brand marketing strategy. You will drive brand awareness and generate revenue by creating an engaging and consistent customer experience across all channels. Leading the Brand Marketing team, you will oversee creative development, brand partnerships, social media, influencer marketing, public relations and other consumer engagement initiatives, all while leveraging consistent and clear brand messaging that reflects Four Sigmatic’s unique story, values, and personality.


  • Own the brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across all consumer touchpoints
  • Lead and manage the Brand Marketing team, overseeing all brand campaigns
  • Deliver a comprehensive content marketing and owned media strategy
  • Elevate the visual identity of the brand through compelling creative design
  • Oversee the development and performance of omni-channel promotional plan
  • Build a strategic framework for brand partnerships and sampling programs that will allow the brand to build significant awareness, activation, and engagement
  • Help maintain and enforce accurate Brand Guidelines and other marketing documentation
  • Develop, track and optimize brand marketing KPIs across all sales channels
  • Leverage market research, social l listening tools, and consumer insights to identify innovation opportunities in existing and new categories
  • Maintain knowledge of the ever-evolving landscape, monitoring trends and competitors
  • Deliver regular business reviews and be an active member of the extended leadership team


  • 8+ years of relevant leadership and brand management experience with consumer brands
  • Experience with establishing and scaling omni-channel CPG brands
  • Analytical mindset and comfortable communicating complex data or ideas in simple terms
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and formal presentation skills
  • Takes initiative, makes decisions, and provides clear direction
  • A hunger and motivation to drive meaningful growth
  • Leadership skills needed for hiring, developing, and managing a remote team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
