Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator – (2200006U)
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing administrative support for the firm’s Diversity efforts. This is position is eligible for hybrid working and preferably based in Philadelphia, PA. The role can also be based out of Washington D.C.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Surveys
- Tracking requests for information for survey data as it relates to diversity
- Running reports and synthesizing data for surveys requiring responses to diversity questions
Client and Potential Client Requests
- Complete client-generated diversity surveys and status requests
- Respond to requests for diversity demographic data, including providing information for RFP and billing/collections purposes
Diversity Programming
- Assists in scheduling speakers for diversity presentations
- Assist in planning and executing the Diversity Summit
- Assist Staff Resource Groups upon request
Administrative Tasks
- Coordinate and schedule Diversity Committee Meetings
- Track upcoming Diversity events and firm participation
- Produce ad hoc Diversity data reports as requested
- Maintains Diversity calendar
- Perform additional duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
Data analytic skills
Ability to extract and manipulate data in various formats
Advanced Excel skills
Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (i.e.: Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams)
Competent in PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to manage work for more than one supervisor
Excellent communication skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree required.
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or other professional services environment.
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including the ability to build and maintain spreadsheets, utilize pivot tables and advanced formulas in Excel.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
