As an enterprise leader, you will direct a global internal or external communications team and shape our global service delivery model. You will partner with senior business leaders and internal and external stakeholders to shape strategic communications and business direction. You will integrate issues and opportunities to drive our reputation and engagement. In addition, you bring your knowledge as a thought leader in your discipline from the outside into the company to drive business results.
How you will contribute
You will bring an open, pro-active, storytelling approach to communications that brings our purpose, mission and long-term strategy to life at a global and local level. To ensure we receive effective and impactful media coverage and employee engagement, you will actively develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You will evaluate and a create an annual engagement strategy for business leaders that is aligned with strategic priorities. In addition, you will coach leaders and line managers on effective communications, including written and in-person communications, develop innovative internal or external digital channels and social media that includes tools, templates, guidance and best practices for effective and consistent communications, create an agile global communications network to support our growth story, and oversee budget planning and execution.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with significant experience and knowledge in:
- communications, government affairs and issues management
- Experience in a public relations or public affairs agency and/or a large global corporation
- Demonstrating a results oriented, hands-on mentality and attention to detail
- Working under pressure with a sense of diplomacy
- Strategic orientation with a strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and the ability to share a vision and company direction
- Change agility and dealing with ambiguity
