Job Purpose and Impact

The Global Impact Partnership Manager will lead the development and management of corporate responsibility programs and projects aligned with corporate responsibility, sustainability and business priorities. In this role, you will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive progress against social and environmental impact priorities and support the operation and supply chain communities to advance the company’s purpose to be a global leader in nourishing the world in a safe, responsible and sustainable way.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and manage corporate responsibility and sustainability partnerships, programs or campaigns to enhance social impact and license to operate.
  • Build the company’s reputation by cultivating relationships with the appropriate stakeholders, including local and global nongovernmental organizations, international development organizations, customers and partners.
  • Partner collaboratively with businesses and functions to guide and identify corporate responsibility priorities to support their business strategy.
  • Drive the implementation of corporate responsibility policies, tools and processes.
  • Provide insights and knowledge of corporate responsibility principles, theories, concepts and analysis for a specific region and social or environmental impact priority.
  • Execute programs and partnerships in accordance with the corporate contribution policy and external regulations and procedures.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Experience managing complex projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in global corporate responsibility, sustainability, corporate philanthropy, foundation, nonprofit or government work
  • Experience working with external partners to plan, coordinate and implement corporate responsibility programs and projects
  • Experience supporting businesses in developing favorable relationships with local communities
  • Experience working on human rights programs
  • Experience living or working globally
