Global Product Stewardship (GPS) US Regulatory Affairs Manager
US Regulatory Affairs manager at P&G in PGVentures business unit. P&G, is the largest consumer goods company in the world, with operations in over 75 countries, with 65 trusted brands that improve lives for 5 billion consumers worldwide.
P&G is looking for motivated individual to join the PGVentures Global Product Stewardship ( GPS) organization as US Regulatory Affairs Manager focusing on FDA regulated innovations . The primary role is to assess new to P&G product innovation, develop creative regulatory strategies in support of fast cycle learning, successfully lead and advance go-market regulatory strategies in support of current PGV business, new innovative new products. The Regulatory Affairs manager will:
- Monitor applicable regulations/standards, FDA, State regulations in the US.
- Assess the competitive landscape and proactively advise on regulatory business strategies, actions to be taken with regard to compliance opportunities or regulatory vulnerabilities.
- Develop and lead regulatory strategies to support consumer and clinical testing of new product innovations.
- Lead and advance go-to-market regulatory strategies in support of current PGV business and innovative new products.
Experience in FDA regulatory or strong willingness to learn complex regulatory landscape, thru compliance strategies for FDA, regulated products, US regulations.
Excellent communication skills are needed to convey GPS positions clearly and explain complex technical issues in a manner suitable to a variety of internal customers. The individual needs to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with a variety of partners. Attention to detail and a high degree of technical rigor are desired. An ability to adapt to the continuously changing external regulatory environment is essential.
The individual in this role must be able to independently formulate logical and data-based regulatory positions, to communicate clearly and manage questions in real time or discern when escalation is needed. Proactive and agile project leadership, issue management, trouble shooting and solution driving skills will contribute to success in this assignment.
