McGuireWoods LLP seeks to identify an associate to join the Firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Litigation Department in its DC office.

The Government Investigations and White Collar Litigation Department has over 80 attorneys in 11 of the Firm’s offices who represent clients in their most significant matters. This is an opportunity to work with an award-winning and nationally-recognized white collar practice. The Firm’s white collar team is cohesive, collegial, and focuses on long-term attorney development and success. The candidate will work with partners and clients across the country and internationally.

Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of government investigations or regulatory enforcement experience in a first-tier law firm. Superb academic credentials and writing skills are required. Experience in conducting criminal proceedings or working within regulatory agencies or as a judicial law clerk is highly-valued. DC bar admission is required.
