Job Overview

Support PA team in developing and implementing strategies and tactics for the Public Affairs program with the goal of generating awareness of the business and driving adoption and positive perception of the Company with government and other stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications
5-7 years experience are required in the following areas:
Project management and organizational skills
Administrative work, e.g.: manage expense reports, track media inquiries, schedule meetings, research, database entry and maintenance
News monitoring & competitive analysis
Support international Public Affairs programs, as needed
Project Management (WEF, Invention @ CES, EDC, National Inventors Hall of Fame, 5G support)
Design and PowerPoint Creation
Copywriting / Revisions (Save the Inventor, Ad-hoc assignments) Research Assignments (civil rights, APAC, reporter background, patent reform, Wireless Power Analyst Project)
Budget support SOWs, POs, yearly planning support
Demo support act as docent for stakeholder visits and set up and support demos at GA events

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal skills, astute diplomacy, project management experience and ability to travel
Be creative, proactive and have the ability to produce new and innovative ideas for meeting GA missions
Be a team player, and yet have the ability to work with colleagues at all levels, inside and outside of the company
Have the ability to manage multiple projects and be self-directed
Have knowledge of wireless industry and international experience a plus

Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in Political Science, Journalism, international Relations or other relevant filed required
