Job Summary and Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Track and maintain a system to report funding progress against established team goals on an ongoing basis. Prepare recurring reports on funding progress and ad hoc reports as requested.

Provide direct support to Government team(s) in opportunity management, contacts and list management, sales contracts processing, and use of the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and other systems.

Support the Government capture team(s) with input, revision, and review of the annual revenue forecast.

Serve as primary point of contact for Government capture team interactions with internal organizations including Government Finance, Proposals, Government Contracts, Sector Technical Staff, Government/External Affairs, etc. in support of Government capture team objectives.

Lead capture-related process review and improvement and serve as the interface with supporting organizations responsible for incorporating improvements into systems and reporting tools. Provide training on Government-related processes and systems.

Provide quarterly reporting to the Government team and Director regarding individual performance and progress in areas of funding and member engagement.

Develop and maintain reporting tools for use by the Government capture team that provide data/analysis in a user-friendly format that promotes speed and efficiency.
Education and Experience:
-
BA/BS, in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration required or equivalent work experience.

A minimum of 5 years of business development support or sales analysis experience.

Experience in business development processes and training others on use of business development tools and other systems required.
Skills and Attributes:
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for business development analysis and reporting required.

Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system(s) required.

Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system(s) required. Knowledge of SAP preferred.

Strong problem solving, communication and analytical skills.

Strong PC skills including the full Microsoft Office Suite.
