We are looking for a Head of of Global Campaigns to lead our efforts in entering new markets and expanding with existing city partners. Reporting to the Chief of Public Policy and Government Affairs, you will spearhead efforts for the company to advance in a dynamic regulatory environment and seek paths toward expansion by implementing a campaign mindset.

What You’ll Do

    • Lead execution Lime’s new-market entry strategy by managing all aspects of new market penetration campaigns including budgeting, message development, communications, research, critical in meeting the Lime’s strategic business planning goals
    • Develop and execute campaign playbook for winning North American Markets in the short-term
    • Hire and lead central and local consultants across new market regions, forming a plan with clear goals and asks, executing and monitoring progress across new market campaigns
    • Maintain constant contact with senior GA staff to proactively identify, assess, and address needs in a rapidly evolving political and policy landscape
    • Accurately represents the Chief of Public Policy and Government Affairs’ position in internal meetings and discussions to help drive understanding and move decision-making forward
    • Develop strong relationships with government leaders, businesses, organizations and other prospective partners to effectively carry out new market penetration
    • Evaluate, prioritize, and discern strategic paths toward owning market share
    • Assist company’s work with strategic advisers
    • Work collaboratively with the other teams and executives to ensure alignment between business objectives and campaign execution
    • Communicate priorities, activities, and results to the larger organization, while ensuring deliverables are met
    • Maintain a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs
    • Work with the Chief of Public Policy and Government Affairs and the GA senior team to review, design and execute improvements to organizational structure
    • Find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
    • Design optimal workflows, and align internal processes
    • Liaises with the Chief of Public Policy and Government Affairs on campaign budget matters and preparation of the annual campaign budget
    • Contributes to the preparation of Chief of Public Policy and Government Affairs reports, proposals, briefings, and presentations, responses on institutional and strategic issues
    • Handle and direct special projects as assigned by the Chief of Public Policy and Government Affairs

About You

      • 15+ years of experience on political campaigns for candidates or causes, recently in management positions
      • Great leadership experience and track record of growing a team
      • Experience launching and managing time-constrained campaigns on behalf of a candidate or cause
      • Ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent market projects across regions to success
      • Government affairs know-how with experience leading or working at a high level in government arenas, particularly within city governments
      • Experience balancing strategic leadership with detailed involvement in support of accountabilities
      • Amazing written, presentation and verbal communication skills; ability to work well with executives, and able to lead and influence across multiple levels and multiple functions of an organization
      • Ability to work cooperatively and courteously with others
      • Entrepreneurial, with high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources
      • Must be able to work independently, prioritize work,and independently handle multiple and competing priorities while meeting deadlines

      • Proven experience handling highly confidential and sensitive materials and situations
      • Experience with budget management
