Integrated Communications Strategist

The Integrated Program Communications Strategist is a multi-channel communications expert, responsible for the development and execution of integrated communications across key Skunk Works and Aeronautics strategic priorities.
The person selected for this role will be responsible for building relationships across a diverse set of internal and external partners and crafting/executing integrated strategies to positively influence business outcomes.
* Must be a US Citizen and qualify for a Secret Clearance
Basic Qualifications:
* Experience drafting/executing strategic communications plans
* Experience in public relations, marketing or journalism
* Knowledge of AP style writing
* Bachelors degree or higher
Desired Skills:
* Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline
* Strong writer capable of making complex topics understandable across diverse audiences
* Skilled in data analytics and using metrics to drive strategy
* Experienced in media relations
* Comfortable serving as a communications expert and strategic counselor to leadership
* Collaborative
* Motivated self-starter who drives projects to completion
* Aerospace/Defense industry experience a plus
* Tradeshow experience a plus
Security Clearance Statement:This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $81,600 – $153,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
