This position is responsible for leading internal employee and executive communications and establishing an employer brand voice on social media.

 

Primary job responsibilities

  • Employee communications
    • Someone that can look across the company at business, technology, customer, and employee stories and package them into a stream of engaging and creative content to disseminate via various communication vehicles (the weekly newsletter, the company intranet, videos, emails, slide decks, webcasts, etc.).  
    • Someone that can synthesize and package the voice of the employee from multiple touchpoints (All Hands meetings, leader site visits, etc.) and provide quarterly updates to our executive leadership team.
    • Someone that is curious, creative, and has an impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness of all internal communications.
    • Someone that knows how to partner with cross-functional teams where internal communications need to align, e.g. marketing communications, investor relations, and so on.
  • Executive communications
    • Someone who can coordinate and create various types of executive communications, including:
      • Managing site visits for our executive leadership team (planning, logistics, communications, content, etc.)
      • Writing, editing, and overseeing the release of internal communications for earnings
      • Managing logistics and creating communications for employee All Hands meetings
      • Managing internal communications for the CEO
  • Employer Brand Voice
    • Someone to create, curate, and share content on social media that makes our employer brand stand out and connect with people emotionally. We want our employer brand to make people feel something about why we exist and what it’s like to work at 3D Systems.
  • This person will also manage the strategy and content for the company intranet.
  • This person will also lead the internal communications project management office (PMO), including:
    • Managing the internal communications calendar
    • Effectively managing multiple schedules, deliverables, and details for internal communications projects

 

Qualifications

 

Education
Bachelor’s degree required
 
Experience

Will consider candidates at various levels of experience; 5-10 years of corporate communication experience preferred.
