We seek a Junior Reputation Management Specialist to join the Reputation Management department to help manage business strategy for Public Relations, Citizenship and Thought Leadership supported by reputation research, insights and measures. This includes brand health research, insights from the firm’s monthly and bi-annual RepTrak score and competitive set, as well as custom research with stakeholder groups: clients/investors, colleagues (branch office teams, home office, retirees), federal policymakers/ regulators, product partners, influencers/opinion leaders. The Jr. Specialist will also support monthly reputation management dashboards and reporting for business owners of the firm including marketing, the Client Strategies Group, investment strategists, equity analysts and branch office team talent acquisition.
Capture and interpret research and insights from a range of sources and communicate findings internally.
Formulate business strategy and recommendations based on research and insights with stakeholders including clients/investors, colleagues (branch office teams, home office, retirees), federal policymakers/ regulators, product partners, influencers/opinion leaders.
Write and edit a broad range of internal-facing communication including to influence and help align business objectives and activities.
Manage deliverables through rigorous internal editorial, business area and compliance reviews, while ensuring messages meet the needs of target audience.
At leader’s direction, assist with evaluation of communication effectiveness and engagement results data to report to stakeholders. Accountable for metrics to Reputation Management, Philanthropy and Community Engagement and Finance.
Effectively build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help communicate change within the organization.
Collaborate with Client Experience and Insights, external research firms and agency partners to build dashboards and reporting for business owners of the firm including marketing, CSG, investment strategists, equity analysts and branch office team talent acquisition.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
