Job Description

The Lead Director, CSR & Philanthropy leads all sustainability data management to support board-mandated enterprise initiatives including CSR performance targets and other reporting needs (including science-based emissions target and Scope 3 supplier data). Maintains the company’s leadership position through shareholder-required submissions to Carbon Disclosure Project and other sustainability ratings and rankings.

Responsible for all strategic planning, analysis and enterprise recommendations related to reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, carbon accounting and reporting. You will collaborate with Senior leaders across the Enterprise around goal setting and key program development as well as managing all agencies/processes for data analysis, verification and filing support as well as any other consultant management

Will consider fully remote.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 100,000
Maximum: 221,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• Sustainability data analytics and reporting including working with Carbon Disclosure Project
• GHG Emissions accounting, sustainability KPI and science-based target tracking
• Ability to communicate complex findings and recommendations with simplicity

Preferred Qualifications
• 10-12 years of greenhouse gas inventory development & management experience
• Deep understanding of supply chain emissions
• Experience working with a large company, NGO or consultancy
• Greenhouse gas data assurance/verification experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Data/financial analysis/engineering background
• Global Reporting Index (GRI) Certification, SASB-FSA (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board-Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting) experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Master’s degree preferred
